EO Ranked One of Europe's Fastest-Growing Companies for Second Year in a Row
When we started EO back in 2014, the future growth potential for electric vehicles was clear. I knew we wouldn’t be the only business to spot this opportunity and, to succeed in the long-term, EO needed to offer something unique and valuable to the market. Our ambition was always to build a brand that would stand the test of time.
What we didn’t know back then was how well that offer would be received by our customers, or the pace at which EO would grow into the company it is today. Recognising what our team has achieved is incredibly important, and I’m thrilled that once again we’ve been acknowledged in the 2022 FT1000 list of Europe’s fastest growing companies.
This year EO has ranked at number 45 overall, one of only two companies in the top 50 to make the list for the second year in a row. We’ve been recognised as the 10th fastest growing company in the UK, and the 11th fastest growing of all technology companies included. This year’s top 50 includes two other companies from the green technology and energy space - Germany’s Enpal and Norway’s Tibber. Congratulations to everyone that made this year’s list!
Of course, our fast growth is part owed to the global tailwinds driving our planet toward net-zero. But we attribute our growth to much more than just prevailing market trends.

We’ve developed unique experience in delivering large-scale fleet electrification programmes through our work with Amazon, Tesco and Go-Ahead. And, we’ve become trusted partners to these clients by working as a team to put forward the right solution. We understand there’s no silver bullet for electrification, so we’ve focused on giving our customers a unique service that’s personable and scalable.
Yes, the FT1000 is a growth award. But, we see it more as a celebration of our team’s journey to date. We’re currently writing the next chapter which will see us continue to grow both domestically and internationally. We already distribute to over 35 countries and are expanding our operations across the world. With our team behind the wheel, we’ll continue to create best-in-class technology and solutions for our partners.
